We can advise you how to legally and morally manage a redundancy within your company. We can guide you through the up to date techniques to ensure that the transition is smooth and effective. Above all we will make sure that people are treated with respect and dignity. Cost: £100 per hour

Workshops (duration 3 hours)
How to plan, achieve legal compliance and retain motivation throughout a redundancy.

Cost: 1-10 delegates £500, 11-20 £1000

CV development
One-to-one meeting with telephone/email follow up – final CV on disk. Cost: £200

Job application support
Support individuals to apply for new jobs. Cost: £100 per hour

Executive package (middle/senior management)
Includes 90 minutes guidance session, CV development, interview strategies and mock-interview, email/telephone support (up to 3 hours). Tailored to individual needs. Cost: £1500

Psychometric/Behaviour Assessment
Assessments for reasoning, numerical and critical thinking ability, personality and behaviour profiling are available. Methods used: Thomas International DISC profiling, Saville and Holdsworth, MBTI, CPI and many others. Prices on application.

Career and Life Coaching
Coaching sessions to enable individuals to unlock their true potential and achieve their long term goals and aspirations.

Redundancy Counselling
Counselling offers confidential support to individuals and their families in an otherwise negative and stressful situation. Through guided personal reflection it can help individuals rebuild their self esteem and confidence, discover their strengths and weaknesses and achievements, to find a new direction.

Individuals who receive support such as counselling are more likely to find future success. By offering counselling to employees, companies demonstrate integrity and positive action amid tough decisions £150 per hour
