Business Focus, a private company, is a business and management consultancy whose origins date back to 1982.  In the early days the only activity centred upon the then government’s ‘Enterprise’ scheme but how matters have changed.  Since 1999 Business Focus have been successfully delivering a range of government funded services to support those seeking to start a business, young businesses, micro operations and latterly, workforce and skill development projects.  So nowadays our activities span pre-starts to businesses employing up to 250 employees.

We have recently launched a commercial service to augment the funded programmes as subsidies provided through these are, in most cases, rapidly declining.

With a team of over 40 business consultants, all of whom are professionally qualified and accredited by the Department of Trade and Industry, we are able to provide package solutions to your needs.  Our prices remain reasonable and sensible in today’s market place and when funded programmes are available, these are often heavily subsidised or, in some cases, even ‘free’.  Therefore, with Business Focus, you get the best of both worlds.
